What's for Dinner? Omega 3s.

So, let’s get started with a recent article from the Los Angeles Times about the health benefits of Omega 3 fatty acids. The article does a nice job of explaining the different types of Omega 3s, their benefits and how you can increase your intake (hope you like fish).

On a personal note, if you live near a Trader Joes, you might want to try their Reduced Guilt filet of sole with butter beans and seasoned spinach. Very tasty and only 190 calories with 2 grams of fat (but a bit high in sodium).
